Working with the sweet clients was a very good experience.

The company tries to bond the employee in many cases. There are so many restrictions regarding using mobile phones during work hours, that means that you would have to completely forget about any of your emergency calls coming from your family or friend. The employee would feel like he/she has taken admission in a school. For an employee living alone and working in sparrc, its very difficult to do important tasks for himself without the phone. The company is not at all technology friendly in such a fast pace life. Despite of having free time and available gym, an employee cannot use it. Also they demand 9hours of work from employee whereas the senior staff only work for 8 hours....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
