1) No SOP or definite goal set to work, 2) If you are who are fresher and you just know basics in digital marketing they expect you to work like a experienced candidate who knows A-Z in the field, no guidance will be provided , you need to watch youtube videos or go through blogs to learn yourself, 3) The timing is 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM that like 10 freaking hours, yes there is 1 and half hours break but there is no cafeteria or a recreational space, I think you can just run from office to porur bridge to feel the misery 4) lastly they want you to sign a bond for 2 year , like guys seriously ?...Read More
