Worst management i would like to say at first. There is no support from the sleek. Just they will train you how to design and leave you to do sales. There is only one thing i like about sleek that is training period. At the end of training they will definitely say "Jab sasural jaoge tab pata chalega"... Thats 100% true.

Dislikes

Job is not secured as you have to be the middleman between company and the dealer, you don't have any freedom to design as there is limited materials, shades, finishes. For the designation you are Designer but you will be pushed to do 85% of sales and 15% of designing.. If you are literally a technical person please avoid this job. If you are a salesman go ahead and achieve the targets.

Work Details

Very stressful and target oriented work. There is no freedom of designing, we can't gov proper time to family. Totally they will think that they hav adopted you and you have to be like a puppet in their hands.
