Some HODs are good, one can learn things from them but some are Horrible. Most of the staff is not professional here, They says skymap is a family. It's a myth only. They won't treat you as a family member but all the time ask for favor. Company doesn't give any additional or appropriate facility but will ask for your contribution in every single thing.

Dislikes

Your quality and ability doesn't matter here (Gadhe or Ghode ek barabar). Only do regular work. No career growth. Promotion is only for Chaaplus, Chaaplusi and Zihazuri is key of success. JD doesn't matter, how much work you do, doesn't matter, increment will be as per above mentioned quality.

Work Details

Starting was good in the company, it happens when you work in new culture but after that your whole work life became boring because you only do same thing daily. May be this is general practice but I love changes in responsibilities over a period of time.
