Some of the teammates were very good. But the real issue is management and culture. Otherwise business is good. Customer base is good.

Dislikes

It is a highly person-driven company in the garb of professionally managed one. Newcomers will not come to know what exactly is going on at the management level (some politics should always be expected, but indicators of politics are missing here). Communication channels with management are not open and obvious. Hence everything comes as a surprise. Work Details

As mentioned in other sections, because of lack of communication, it entirely depends on the employee to select the focus areas and put efforts. There is no formal "Key result areas" given even to people at senior level. Hence one can select what he likes
