The Work is very less usually as there are less students in each class.

Salery is low, Salery is not on time like its not sure if you are getting every month. No increment and also if you are not able to do admission they hold your Salery. Water and transport is not good.

I joined ITM Group in January 2022 as a Social Media Executive and left in 2024 as a Senior Executive. The organization offered a good platform for growth, with a structured leave policy, including 36 leaves per year, holidays, and seasonal leaves, along with alternate Saturdays off, contributing to a healthy work-life balance.

While salary increments weren't significant, I was able to manage and secure a good hike. One drawback I experienced was the management changes, which resulted in a shift of power away from us, limiting our ability to make decisions based on our expertise.
