SCL deals with latest castings worldwide. Working here provides me full information about variable types of castings. Also colleagues are of helping nature. Overall environment is adjustable.

Dislikes

Annualpackage is a big issue compare to my work profile. Pressure is always on a high mode from manager level and management side too. Sometimes working is very risky and seniors make situation of guilt which disturb the working rhythm.

Work Details

I deal with the workers on daily basis regarding variable casting jobs.Also I have to make a monthly schedule for contractors and coordinate them thoroughly.In short I have to deal with the workshop job throughout the day which is very hectic but it's ok.
