Colleagues in Shrachi are superb leaving a few. Work-life Balance is Superb.

The problem for Shrachi Real Estate Division is the Top Management. They are always standing on their toe to insult you personally in front of your colleagues irrespective of any designation. The Management is under their self thinking that they know everything - whereas else in reality they have got no idea of the job execution. Employee attrition in SHRACHi is very high. In the past year till Feb 2023, 40 people were forced to leave due to the badmouthed top Management. From the Director level to the Executive are the people who left Shrachi.
