If you are working in Sharp & Tannan as an employee then it's worst place to even think about it.. In term of learning you will get chance to explore alot of thing.. But there is lot of partiality you have to face, like I joined the company as employee MBA(Finance) with no experience. The managers tried create difference between employee and articles, being an employee you will feel like outsider.. They will sent you on Audit, give travelling allowances which will make no difference at the end you have to bear travelling expense.. They will make you work till late night and if you tell about that you are feeling insecure while working late at least provide me vehicles so that I could reach home then they will be telling " You are not a kid that I will provide you some baby sitter". In short in term learning, learned alot but faced lots of partiality... Even when I left the office after serving 10 month the HR prohibited to give salary slips which was my right to have it .....Read More
