At Agra campus there is nothing to be liked.

Dislikes

One of the worst campus. Infrastructure is havoc.snakes and monkeys are full and can be seen at every step. The politics is one of the worst. The vice chancellor herself creates gap between departments and enjoy the fights. Who made her vice chancellor. The university infrastructure is havoc.

Getting salary on time

Dislikes

Too much paper work, no space for our personal life, forced to do unnecessary work too. Very short deadlines of work. Faculty and staff feel lot of work pressure. Single thing is asked to fill in different formats multiple times. Most of the time is wasted in unnecessary administrative load. No free food, no outings, no get together.

I am an assistant Professor here. There is lot of scope of improvement and upliftment in this area but the unnecessary load and responsibilities make us so overloaded that we are unable to think about that.
