The company is not at all open to innovation. HOD is too bossy. Not at all reliable in this situation. No job security. They have donated crores to CM fund but they cant afford their employees salary.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too high. Lot of reports to be prepared to justify your salary. HOD doesnt value any suggestions.

It was quite a challenging profile as I was into Business Development. Pitching the same thing through out was quite repetitive but I tried my best and tried to generates lead at my own.

Throughout Covid they have retrenched qualified and experienced staff loans have to be repaid ruthless shameful and disgusted to work with such educational institutions who have harassed and spoilt the lives of many employees no one has a vision in Education they are interested only in fees
