I joined the organization as a BDE a year back. I had 2 years experience in the same profile before joining this company but I learned in-depth and key aspects of sector as well are my role too. Within a year, I now see myself as an well-experienced BDE with good know-how of compliances & related legality. The regular training sessions, support from seniors, and overall supportive environment helped me a lot in my improvement. I must admit that the work environment is pretty good here especially from a learner's perspective. Joined this company as a fresher and spent two years working here as a Sales Executive. Let me tell you what I like about it. Firstly, the approach of the seniors who allow you to work independently without bossing you around, but are always there to guide you whenever you need. Secondly, the patience of the management with freshers. They appreciate your effort, even when you do not get results. This is a rare quality you will find in corporate culture these days. Work Pressure is a reality here even though there are no targets provided. Sometimes you would call your clients for days and they won't revert. Finding fruitful clients is challenging, but I guess that is the truth of this industry. Also, their leave policies can be disappointing if you're someone who takes regular holidays and vacations.

While meeting government due dates for ROC or GST filings, it may be necessary to extend working hours occasionally. While I don't view this as a negative, I believe that more effective planning and organization could help alleviate such situations in the future. Unfair treatment of employees. I am writing this feedback to express my deep disappointment with the way the company has treated me and some of my colleagues during the pandemic. As a former Relationship Manager, I have witnessed firsthand the lack of consideration and respect for the employees, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sales targets assigned for us were unattainable and illogical, given the unprecedented challenges posted by the pandemic. Despite our best efforts, most of us could not meet the targets. Rather than acknowledging the exceptional circumstances, the company terminated our employment without notice, leaving us without any means of income. Moreover, I and many of colleagues did not receive the salaries that were due to us. This has caused undue financial stress and hardship for us and our families....Read More

As a company with presence at multiple locations, it is disheartening to see the lack of transparency and accountability in decision-making process. The absence of an HR department, coupled with the fact that the chairpersons are a married couple, has created a work culture where employees have no voice and no means of seeking justice for any unfair treatment. I urge the company to take immediate steps to address these issues and ensure that employees are treated with respect and dignity that they deserve. This includes reviewing the sales targets to make them realistic and attainable, providing proper notice and compensation to employees in case of termination, and establishing an effective HR department that can address employee grievances in a fair and transparent manner....Read More

Personal Mobiles are not allowed on workstation., You have to keep it in a locker and get it at lunch or after working hours are over. They say it is necessary for data security of the company's clients. Understandable.

What they can improve here is relieving some pressure off their employees, and offering refreshments like holidays, vacations, and outings. Honestly , sometimes the office hours feel too boring and monotonous! Even taking breakes is frowned upon when the workload is high.
