Franchise management and the principal don't understand value of standards of rules and regulations set by the group and do not follow it. deployment of teachers from Kerala shows poor recruitment process neglecting local available talents from UP/ north and with huge difference in their perks.

Excellent working MNC culture except proper regulating the franchise with its regulations and job seecurity of employee need to be strictly complied as per contract and HR rules.

Dislikes

franchise owner do not permit to practice healthy HR policies neither allow to follow government/ co. guidance of education make disappointed to work honestly for co. and society as a whole. suggestions of expertise are often neglected.
