I found nothing good here except that the salary is paid on time.

Dislikes

1- Unethical office politics exist from the lowest to the highest levels of management. 2- Ankit Sharma causes problems at work. He tries to turn employees against managers. He often talks about Religions, Politics unnecessary to disturb others. He says no one can fire him, but he can get others fired. He doesn't do his job well. Hebothers other people and stops them from doing good work. He doesn't know how to do many things, but acts like he's very experienced. He makes fun of his coworkers. He makes the workplace noisy and unpleasant, like a fish market. He laughs loudly and makes jokes about others. Managers don't stop him because they favor him. 4-  Upper management exhibits rude and unsupportive behavior. They issue threats of physical violence like "Kicking a**" and unwarranted termination. Job security appears contingent on subservience and a poor professional reputation. 5 - Although this is a five-day work week company, are frequently required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and late nights. Furthermore, senior staff often deflect their own mistakes onto junior employees. They also obstruct employees from performing their duties effectively by withholding necessary resources and creating an unfavorable work environment. 6 - Long-term employees often behave as if they own the company. 7- If you are using their laptop or device, make sure to back up your information. Avoid using your personal email ID on their laptop, as they can take it back at any time and you may lose access to your personal data....Read More
