Company have good policy and safety precautions they take care the worker very important and seriously i am happy work in seaspan but salary they did not increase the salary. 4 years ago i get 2000 usd now my salary 1650 i am running my life very hardly. But officer and engineer life is good benefits but ratings not have any benefits. So job guarantee is really good they give job immediately job fully secure. But this Corona time they really take care each and every crew very carefully and safely in sign on and sign off they spend so much money for crew i really appreciate.
