Work culture - Toxic work environment, dog eat do, thanks to the middle management who are recruited from the same company from where the director was from. And yes, this culture was encouraged. HR - Human Resources department is more of Inhuman Resource department. Zero background chec ks on people They recruited someone with serious criminal background, a paed0phile to be honest, at a senior position.
