Dirty Politics which play by Seniors with there Team mates, a& due to this persons work life imbalanced, less enthusiasm, no motivation, specailly in Accounts team (Rupes, Poonam & Pratibha,these 3 always want to secure themself, hide knowledge & experience for there team members, due to this person sont achieve & reached their destination, and harrasment a lot, no satisfactory / adjustable nature any of them. worst nature in Accounting team is Pratibha. selfish , carelss & manipulations, Mr. Nitin he plays a vital role in all three & always tries to hide thier mistakes. Rupesh & poonam is one of the most culprits in terms of office politics. due to this no one work longer in accounting team in SARJAK.
