I have joined the Bank during the year January,1983 as Junior Clerk cum Cashier and retired in May,2020 as Chief Manager, Middle Management Grade( Scale IV ). Thus, I have put in an unblemished service of 37 years. The staff members are known for "CUSTMER FRIENDLY". They step in to the shoes of customers and extends prompt and courteous services, to their at most satisfaction. Gandhiji said: "A SATISFIED CUTOMER BRINGS MANY MORE CUSTOMERS". It is undoubtedly proved in case of this Bank. The ability and capability of the Management in general and its policies in particular, resulted in winning Awards and Rewards, as par as Business parameters are concerned, thereby ensured the Bank's flag fly high, at National level. Work Details

Baring initial period, I have worked in Managerial capacity. I have catered the needs of the Bank's clientele with the tailor made products of the Bank. The complaints and grievances of the customers have been redressed to their satisfaction.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
