According to me, in manufacturing plant company staff dont show any difference among a graduate and diploma guys. Everyone is same to them. About job security, majority people will immediately step out from that company after finish off their training period which is for 2 years. But if the company management satisfied with your sevice,they will make you permanent staff, but the salary increment is around 1000 rupees. Work culture: 3 shifts change process.One should and work for that entire shift. Everyone is so supportive in workplace. Management: Good.
