There is good hospital for Lerners , and management staff is good

There is no other benifit, no extra hours benifit, duty hours is so much, no time for duty , politics is lot of between departments head and staff , no support from seniors , I’m very disappointed for that

No work life balance, sometimes work 15 days continuously without any leave then we get comp off.. We are human not a robot, kindly increase men power, specially in physiotherapy department we are suffering.

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors.....Read More
