The MD sir of the company is very co-operative towards the employee,he always motivates to perform,he believes to encouraging the to do best at site.

Dislikes

Need to improve work culture,lack of trust by the office staff on employee, Deductions of amount from salary without any notice, payment issue, Site expenses issue
