Excellent teaching and training, the HR department is highly cooperative.

Dislikes

Highly leg-pulling politics going in the department. Faculty sitting arrangement and chair quality are poor. Due to inferior groupism, most of the information not aware by higher authorities.

I have never heard any body being removed from the job at chitkara. Every body has sufficient room to develop and learn. Very relaxed and competitive environment with cool family like employees. The management is awesome and they take care of their employees. The policies are convenient and apt. The salaries are always on time. Leaves are appropriate. They don't overburden you. I loved it and they supported me when I wanted a change. Proud to have worked there. I love the then vice chancellor Dr Madhu ma'am. She's is a gem. Nothing as such was to dislike. But if I could change I would change the way Saturday leaves were announced.

Everything is fine if your Head supportive. University gives lots of opportunity but without the help of head you can't avail all things. In short university is good, but some departments are not.

Dislikes

University need to find that kind of head who is outside the politics and real skilled person who inspired the Department from his work not with the talks.

Good to grow yourself and culture is good if you are hard working and dedicated to teaching and research. Also Food here is good, I remember the square one when I was there. Ashok chitkara's method if still apply there, the University will grow manyfolds. Rest everything is good as expected from any good private university.

Politics are always there in every organisation, but as I said if you are hardworking and dedicated towards your work, no one can deviate you from your path.

Being Alumni of the university-MBA 2012-2014 Batch , this university is a wonder for the students and as a faculty member since 2017 the university has great opportunities for the staff
