No training environment. Great differences in salaries of workers at same level. You will feel lost sometime. Some plants has very bad infrastructure. Outdated machinery at some plants. Bad canteen lunch

Job description not cleary defined. no predefined KRAs or anything .you just have to run machines and produce. So personal growth opportunities are very less. Apart from that for a beginer a great place to learn but not for long term
