True fact that they provided salary hike but that’s enough if you stay in India. For staying in Dubai it’s below average

The work culture is not at all good. They will poke you for everything you do. You will have no such work or skill development here. You come to office, sit for 9 hours and go home with strict break timings. They deduct salary on every small thing. You are not allowed to work from home even in emergency situations. They will mark LOP

As a graphic designer, I have the opportunity to experiment with designs and contribute to the brand's visual identity. You will find some great colleagues, company provides food, travel and accommodation.

Dislikes

The fast paced nature of the fashion industry can sometimes lead to pressure, requiring quick turnarounds on designs. Also all Saturday is working day.

It is a staffing agency in dubai. The work environment is entirely fraudulent with no legal practice in place. Employees are forced to use pseudonyms. The restrictive policies imposed on employees are excessive. High level confidentiality is expected from employees. The hr is a mere puppet of the director, rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. The management is completely disorganized, biased, corrupt and lacks any sense of understanding. There is no career growth in this company a complete waste of time. People work here only for money.
