The team that I am working with is great. It's quite customer pro.

Dislikes

The top management lacks vision..plans are made in air...salaries are below industry benchmarks and expectations from employees us to reach the stars. Also 6 days working is too much. The management is scared to distinguish between the union and management staff. They are pro union. Also the existing systems are ways old..more of paper work kind of working style
