Dislikes

1) For Employee's pay scale, they comparing with Erode companies not for the Tamil Nadu or Indian Market. 2) They will give multiple responsibility to a Manager/Leader but they don't allow them to perform independently. So most of Managers will not take ownership and they don't have Job satisfaction. 3) They are doing only Government Projects. So that the different skill development in contract is not possible....Read More
