Good work always works, I am work oriented person,i believe in qulaity work, same this company is expecting from us, and i always use to give my 100% . and this company identify these quality, in return they give suprising hike, project completion bonus etc.

No tranportation, 6 days working but flexible, no entertainment.

Cons: (Long List...Please have patience) 1. No overtime bonus 2. Terrible upper management 3. Family members working as employees have more power than others 4. No professionalism 5. Sick mouth when it comes to talk with clients 6. Gets angry when client ask for changes 7. Doesn't work as per project deadlines 8. Doesn't believe in deadlines....makes their own choice...like build an app like uber under t months..LOL 9. Doesn't understand basic stuff 10. Few people think themselves as know it all...in one case..a guy just submitted few links in google for SEO and tells everyone that he know digital marketing better than others. 11. When you leave you wont get last month salary. They will come up with stupid excuse to not give salary. 12. One of the guy will eat your money and will never return 13.
