In 2022 rediffusion was bought over by a fraud and after that the agency has become zero employee frndly. Once u put down your papers these fraudsters hold your salary even when the law says an employer can hold only the last month's salary. The HR managers are dumbs and arrogant and acts like goondas when you ask about the money... Don't think they are qualified HR professionals but some fraudsters to support the fraud owner....According to them 90 days is the FnF time period which is again not as per the law. Don't join this company or if you are unsure ask any previous employees who joined and worked thr post 2022....Read More
