They are laying off people. They laid me off in July before things were actually gone out of hand. Even during that time, we had to go to work! We started going to office in June when Covid was at peak. Not just that, people hardly took any precautions in the office. As basic as masks weren't used by some of them. There is huge amount of lobbying that happens in the company. What started as a team work has gone out of hand and most of the times, it's bigger teams that keep sidelining smaller ones and take credit for their work!

the learning is high..but in bangalore office there is kot of politics and the boss won't let you grow

if the boss of this station here let people do their working without involving them in office politics this would definitely be best places to work.up north the management is much better in red fm.especially ms nisha Narayan is the best CEO anybody could ask for but down south lot of politics.

Great work colleagues, excellent team bonding, pseudo-free work culture. Work routine is quite lenient. Found an amazing creative mentor in Mr. Aalap Tripathi as Gujarat regional head & Rozina Budvani as the national CS.

Being a corporate "Yes Man" is essential here to survive, as their business model isn't very profitable. It's hard being a fully functioning radio with a limited digital presence in today's world. Boomer led & driven organization. Not much scope for innovation or learning unless you're stationed at one of the metro stations. Minimal salary hikes, no internal promotion. If you stay there, you'll stay there for a long time. Criminally offensive lack of professionalism employees are told to serve 3 months worth of the notice period & if they want to leave early they'll have to pay the compensation equal to their salary to the company for leaving or they won't proceed with the fnf settlement....Read More

The company has always put the health and mental well being of the employee first rather than their own policies and business. The vibe is always energetic.
