Not Employee friendly at all - Specifically Red FM Karnataka more precisely ROK. No allowances, spend your own money for the additional work you do. Zero additional benefits. Performance is not valued, HR department is not employee friendly, Its General manager friendly. Genuine Escalations are ignored . RJ does everything (shows+ show production + add scripts + voice overs + character capsules + competition tracking + Digital ) Programming team in ROK is loaded with everything hence impacting the brand .Imagine after the RJ talk you hear same RJ narrating the Advertisemnets . Value the Creative talents they are not Jokers to dance to the tunes ,and hear the genuine problems then ruling on the staff. Programming decesions are made by General manager not Programming head . The guwahati station is really bad . The station had comes out with his personal vendetta against his employees mr gautam sharma. You may ask all previous staff.
