RED COW DAIRY is one of the best dairy industry in west bengal.Now-a- days the company is open to revolution and readily choose take up latest technology.Actually this company is also like learning institute type.This company is very helpful for freshers in their future learning growth.Working environment is very good and helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Their dairy plant is established on beside NH high way.Transport facility is really poor.I think you know industries has three shifts like morning ,day,night. Morning and night shifts is very worst for me because they have no pick up and drop facility.Thats why i am looking for another industry.Otherwise good .

Quality inspection for all dairy products and chilling plants as a assistant quality officer.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
