What has been the experience: a person is appointed to deliver some needs of the company at any particular time, if the person works seriously and sincerely and fulfills the need of the company, after that the need diminishes and the man becomes redundant, no future and no proper utilization of the potential capability. Not open to innovation and adoption to tech, decision depend not on experts but people who do not have knowledge or experience but have company's trust. Generally systems and procedures are not made or evolved, whatever little is in process of making is not followed, things are dealt on adhoc basis. No importance to job training as a result the seniors have to devote most of the times on guiding the lower levels. Commitments made are not generally adhered to.

My work has been quite challenging as things in my area were very poorly managed before I joined, I brought abpout lots of improvements in all areas and it gave lots of benefits to the company including high financial gains.
