Yes there are some issues going in regards to salary but it is just the bad phase of the company which everyone has and we should support the organization in the bad times by not leaving the organization just be with flow and work hard to remove them from bad phase

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
