1. Opportunity to directly working with the Directors and CEO of the company and understand their vision. 2. My hard work earned Rane t4u INR 35,000,00.00/- profits in just 7 months.

Dislikes

Almost everything else is not good about this company. 1. Sales driven company. If target not achieved for the month, salary was not credited. 2. No work life balance, work is the only push and no guidance how to achieve the goals. 3. No direction or skill training will be provided from the company. 4. Sales is the only way to survive. Maximum they will give you 30 days to see if you can work for the company vision and ready sell your soul. 5. No respect or human value can be expected from most of the leadership. 6. Sudden job cut happened for me, because I went to my home town when my Grand Mother passed. When came back they recruited some other person in my place and HR called me and said you are fired. Given no XYZ reason for the same. 7. Not got salary of last 2 months. They said it will be credited as final settlements automatically to my account but after that I have followed up for 6-7 months but never my hard earned salary came from the Rane t4u. First few months they used to receive calls but later after listening to my name the HR used to cut the call. 8.
