HR concept has been demolished. You do not know the documentation work. You do not kniw rules, eligibility, claims, benefits, laws, etc as you are new. And they will not give you briefing/induction, etc. You do not have anyone.Typical government 'babu' system. Paper work involved even if you spend 5 rs on tea. Salary gets at least ten days after you submit your work done! Your higher authorities expect 'babuism' and flattering from subordinates. People involved in wasting public money through various means. They do not let the field workers work with freedom and free mind....Read More

Work freedom do exist for fueld workers and upto a certain level for office workers too. Work can be boring or interesting depending upon the kind of people you work with. But in general field work is nice, office work is just like a typical govt one.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend target beneficiary calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire livelihood activities of the project.all the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes,but it's ok. as long as i get to work closely with the staff members and community cadres.
