Favouritism. Seniors have no idea what they are doing. Business is bad and they just keep changing their resources. It's a toxic work environment. Business director keeps yelling at resources and clients alike (literally!)

The higher management is good and supportive. Other team members are knowledgeable and helpful.

There is no work-life balance. Reporting managers are toxic and do not have manners while talking. There are no personal boundaries, and you have to work on sick leaves too. Favouritism is at peak; biased towards few people.
