Likes

Colleagues were good and friendly. Team lead was supportive. Office environment was very nice. They will provide you non payable long leaves in case of emergency.

Dislikes

There are no CL or SL. They will cut the salary for no reason. The attendance sheet is always a blunder. For every month new rules are created. Salary least work pressure peaks. Every time revenue revenue revenue. After generating the revenue they won't give incentive. No pay slips. The basic pay will be seen just on the paper but not in the bank account. Only 2 criteria's one achiever another non achiever. Very slow growth. You'll get fed-up with copy paste work. My suggestion is not to join the company for good sake. Rest is your wish and karma....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
