Its stevedores company, having good reputation, and my role was on board executive looking after discharge of cargo from ship to shore handling all activities of ship operations while dischrging.

I had voluntarily came out for family reasons, and growth in this organization is limited, and fixed, salary will be hiked and promotion opportunity is less
