I have been working here from last 8 years. All I can say is it’s the best place to work . I have started my career as a executive and now I am the Manager. This company always value of your work and dedication. I have seen so many positive changes here. Recently annual party has been organised and the R&R was awesome. Deserving people got the rewards. This is a very good move. Really appreciated

It was a best place to work, but now its getting worst.if you want to use use cellphone on the floor just make a healthy frendship with HR deepti sharma and you are all allowed to do such things which were not allowed and even she allow you to do the things which is considered under zero tolerance policy. Not safe for girls... because she is saying,"ye India h, yahaan ladkiyo ke baare me aisi baatein boli jaati h offices me or iski aadat daal lo"... seriously?? And when you go to discuss upon something with her then she will shout at you (like interogation) to make you feel like you are a culprit and want yo to stay calm and beg her for your job, coz shouting at a lady, comes under zero tolerance policy (applies only on HR, coz she has more rights than other girls working with province😒) When you ask her to arrange a meeting to discuss upon something on Slack(pro chat app).....she won't answer you one that (on my case i have waited 3 days for her reply).......when i asked her about my meeting request on slack, she said aggressively," ab tum mujhe bataoge ki mujhe kyaa kaam karna h". 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Hats off to the HR Deepti Sharma.......Read More

This is the best company for experienced employees . One can earn good incentives and compesation benifits. Even during pandemic there is no deduction in salary or it provides a job security to each and every employee and also gives ample no of chance to perform better . There are two leaders for managing different teams and so supportive that agents only need to focus on sales and rest work will be performed by team leaders.
