No work culture,worst atmosphere, no life work balance, No jon security and no growth. The expectations are very high from new employee but for the older once pressure. Pathetic way of handling staff. Worst HR policies and no support from HR.

When I join in company, they send me offer letter ,in that offer letter all benifits & leaves mentioned but at the point when I was pregnant they forced me to resign the job as they not give maternity leave to me, 1 more employee is also pregnant that time and they give pregnancy leave to her they are doing partiality
