This is my worst experience working with princeware. Salary always late by 10-15 days. Director of this company is bullying the workers all time. Many of the staff was told to give resign.

past 5year I was a logistics officer at Princeware and it was a very good experience for me my senior was very supportive to me not only for professional one but they do understand my family problem also .I was happy to work with Princeware and Thank to my all head one to support me.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to show my cliber.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
