The bosses are terrible don't have any knowledge and they don't allow to learn and grow. Even they don't allow employee to sit in lab employees have to stand whole day. They don't allow all employee to use computers for litreture search. If they find person is doing good work then because of insecurity they directly tell him to resign by telling your performance is not good without evaluating his performance, they even don't give chance to talk about it so, no job security. They recruit employee and in few month they tell to resign also it is trend in this company. When I was working in my presence around 5 employees was recruited and told to resign and go in span of 5 months. The R & D is horrible person I have ever seen he is not having a little knowledge but he don't allow experience candidate to work he keep disturbing them by changing project allotted to them.
