Each an every step of work always need to face cheap politics. No training , no future growth of knowledge, company gives more imp to the vendors rather than employee. We has to work under vendors. Our work Performance depends on feedback of employee working under you and the vendors. Work culture is very poor any one will easily talk to any ones work.
