Podar is a big name as we all know. It is one of the best organization. Policies are good and beneficial to each and every employee, but definitely hard work matters a lot over here. Environment of the campus is really very good. Management is always concerned about their dedicated and hard working employees as compare to other organizations. I am proud and happy to be a part of it.

Managers that deal with purchase department and accounts are good. The chairman is very competitive in a good way and encouraging. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

The work environment is very stressful and the job is very very pressurising. No time for family life or health care. Made to work over time with no OT. Salary is very low than expected. Made to sign bond which is not legalised by government. Managers in curriculum are only work oriented and do not consider the conditions of their staff working below them.

Podar is supporting me in this pandemic by giving me proper salaries and also they are maintaining social distancing by giving from work from home to fight covid 19, and because of pandemic we're having zoom meetings online I am greatful that I am safe.our companies policy are good.good work environment and culture.

Salary is not good but career growth is average. There is a lot of politics not organization but our department management doesn't address our issues. There should be one complaint box in head office.
