Only owner Mrs seem medam is good..No one understanding staff problems.. Remaining angry managers.they will provide food all the staff. But they listening mediators..words.Hr waste people they don't know knowledge. Over time. No security job.. They hord working employee miss.. There

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. No job gurentee.. Owner based company..

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multi ple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
