I was part of a smaller Marketing team, which gave me the benefit of taking on great responsibility and duties. There is very little formal training though a lot of On the Job learning is possible. Colleagues and co-workers are very nice, helpful mostly. You get the opportunity (if you take it) to interact with all departments and with people at all levels in the hierarchal chain.

Dislikes

There is as good as no work-life balance. If you're one of the people that is neck deep into the business/company then you are doomed to be working almost 24x7 be it at office, on-site or working from home. The HR is not always very helpful, as they will be all out with things that are easy for them to help you out with, but for sticky situations they can be quite underwhelming. It is always best to keep your guard up as you never know what you might say be taken personally/misunderstood. It is always best to set expectations right at the beginning (although there will be major changes while going through) because it will help you try to live by certain standards and limits....Read More
