In chellenging environment Pioneer manage his quality of product and good review from her coustomer.

Dislikes

It's not totally careful for her employees and her basic facility. The working pressure is very high due to man power shortage and sometimes the working timing is above from 8 hours.company growthing step by step but not careful for every one.

No HR policies, No promotion Policy, i worked there for 4.5 years. Even after excellent remarks by my boss, i have not been promoted. My boss (Head of the dept.) was recommended me for promotion but if few people dont want then department head recommendation also not matters. We can say a lala / bania company not having any professional way to work and no clarity in HR policy.
