PCBL Limited started from 1960s and its work culture good. Company policies very employee friendly. Yes there HR is developming now. Management people are very experience and master in Carbon black field.

The main thing which I appreciate is PCBL top management is people focused, they keep their employees at core of everything. They have got numerous employee favorable policies which creat a strong culture.

I have got lot to learn form my seniors and my colleagues in my tenure. There are many challenges and continous innovations made HR department which keep the work culture away from being autonomous and boring. PCBL is definitely exiting place to work at.

1) Wasting career of GET,s by diverting their job role. 2) No fixed shift schedule. 3) Not only contract worker but also Assistant Managers, Deputy Mangers are forced to work 12 hrs. minimum thrice in a week or maximum days depends upon managers. 4) Due to remote location travelling is around 35 Km. So 8 hrs. duty is also 9 to 10 hrs. So no life cycle balance in this organization.

The plant is not good for out side employees. There are a lot of Gujarati fillings going on here. The supportive staff is not here. If people from other states come to this place, they will either leave their jobs or become mentally disturbed. Which happened to me in Mundra PCBL. That's why I request people from other states not to join PCBL MUNDRA.

Travel time from nearest city vadodara is around 1.5hr , this is the only disadvantage i observed as of now in last 3 years.

Am working here for the last 20mnths, till now my experience with PCBL is good. Learning is very good & follows SOP very strictly No compromise is product quality. Good employee policies & rate of appraisal also better than other process industries.
