Very less career growth opportunities, very slow decision making regarding any changes required for fast pacing the business , old mindset people influencing the company. Favouritism at its peak. Very few people are genuine and not corrupted in this organization. No one is bothered to know the ground realities either in middle management or higher management.

This is possibly the only MNC which blackmail their employees at the threat of defamation and degradation of their position.
