bad treated to hard worker, and team lead of some department give unnecessary respect to girls as compare to boys,too much politics,giving respect to undergraduate people,very less new technology ,old software are using,as a fresher u can work there for experience,very less appraisal, discrimination during appraisal

Nice place to work. For fresher you can spend 1 year. No criteria. So poor result candidate can start career here. Good for them.

Dislikes

Cry for appraisal. First 3 years dont hope for appraisal it might be 1k or 2k . Lesser salary. 10k to fresher and dont hope for appraisal. Work load is enough. Politics. Headache bcoz no one would respond for your loss in apraisal.

It's good specially for freshers as .net technology is used. Company has their own product. And seniors are supportive so there's a room for learning.
